PayAnalytics - August 2026 feature release notes
This article lists the updates made available to users in the PayAnalytics application in August 2026.
Row alignment in the Estimated adjusted pay gap report
In the Pay Equity Overview report within Reports, the side-by-side view of the Estimated adjusted pay gap section shows a headcount table next to a table of detailed results. The two tables could hold different numbers of demographic groups, so their rows drifted out of alignment and made it difficult to read across from a group's headcount to its corresponding result.
The headcount and results tables now align row for row, with each demographic group appearing level with its own before-raises and after-raises figures. The reference group, the baseline group other groups are compared against, is now visually set apart from the rest of the table, even when it was selected automatically rather than chosen manually.
For HR professionals and Compensation teams analyzing reports with many demographic groups, this removes a common source of misreads and keeps the reference group easy to spot throughout the review.
