PayAnalytics February 2026 release notes
New built-in "Pay Equity Overview" report containing specialized sections
We are very excited to introduce our new Pay Equity Overview"report, which contains a summary of the pay gaps for a given analysis.
This report offers new key charts and delivers the key highlights of an analysis result in a clear and visual way.
To make it even more powerful, users can adapt and configure this report to suit their specific needs. For example, chart sections can be copied and filtered in order to create sections for specific Job families.
To launch the built-in Pay Equity Overview Report proceed as follows:
Select an Analysis
Go to the Reports tab
Select Create new report”
Select Pay Equity Overview
Pay Transparency report: Add before/after raises toggle to pay explainability
In the Pay Explainability report, you can now select whether you want to view the comp component distributions across Male, Female and Group before or after raises were applied. This enables users to visualize what would the employee gap against men, women and the category of worker will be after raises will be applied across the population.
Dataset configuration: for large datasets, records are not loaded automatically
For large datasets (over 50,000 records) the application does not load the entire dataset when creating a dataset. The purpose of this enhancement is to improve the performance of the dataset creation flow. The user loading data, will be able to fetch the records manually if required for validation.
Support dataset cloning with numerical-filters-applied
It is now possible to clone a dataset when applying a filter on numerical values and increasing the flexibility to create new subsets of data based on a master dataset.
Empty bracket names in the Pay Band module
Pay Band creation now accepts empty values for the pay band bracket name. This means that it is now possible to use a field to generate Pay Bands that contain empty values.
User Settings: display number of active users
It is now possible to see the total number of active users in the platform in the Users tab.
Add a separate raises graph to cost of compensation report section
In Reports, it is now possible to add a specialized report section containing the total cost of raises and the total compensation cost broken down by a variable of choice
Pay Gap Tab - Removed Estimated Impact & Significance columns from Categorical Variable table
In the Pay Gap tab, the Estimated Impact & Significance columns were removed from the Categorical Variable table.
These columns were creating confusion as they relate to the outcome of the regression. This information can, of course, still be accessed in the Compensation Model tab.
