PayAnalytics January 2026 release notes
Visualization of the unadjusted pay gap without selecting an analysis
Get a detailed and visually impactful read of the unadjusted pay gap right away, even before running a full analysis.
In terms of configuration, you can customize your unadjusted pay gap report section with useful settings such as adjusting the Reference Group, the Group By field and the demographic variable.
To add it, open any report and switch to Edit mode and click the plus icon to add a new section. The Section Library is displayed. Scroll until you find the Unadjusted Pay Gap option and then select it.
Limited Record Access simplification when accessing a sub-group analysis
In Pay Equity Analysis -> Analysis Overview tab, users with limited access are not able to see the:
Pay gap results in the Results table when selecting the parent subgroup
All employee Adjusted Pay Gap pay gap results in the Results table when selecting the parent subgroup
Users will require access to the entire analysis to be able to view these fields.
Ability to show before raises only or after raises only in report sections
We have added a new configuration where, as a user, it is now possible to configure the settings of the new report widgets and select the "Before raises only" or "After raises only" to focus on either the initial situation before raises were applied or on the results after the raises were given, respectively.
API Enhancement - Allow extra fields in gender mapping:
Administrators can now include extra data mapping labels in your gender mapping (other than Male and Female) so that the gender mapping can be fully configured during the API call, without having to adjust the dataset configuration.
Add retry to POST requests in task runner
The task runner queries are now more robust thanks to an automatic retry feature for a smoother experience. This retry feature will attempt to-re-run the query when a failure is detected and establish a sequence to attempt to make the query successful. If some of the queries last longer, it can mean that the system is retrying to execute them in the background because they might have failed otherwise.
New report section "Compensation Drivers"
A crisp overview of compensation drivers and the associated summary statistics is now available in the platform.
