PayAnalytics - November 2025 Feature Release
This article lists the updates made available to users in the PayAnalytics platform in November 2025.
Estimated adjusted pay gap
We have introduced a new component library that allows users to bring PayAnalytics insights into custom reports. This library will expand over time. The first specialized component now available is the Estimated adjusted pay gap.
The addition of this component is the first step toward enabling users to build more flexible and insight-driven reports in PayAnalytics. Additional components will follow.
The new component, contains:
A bar chart showing the estimated adjusted pay gap.
A list of all groups with the corresponding headcount for each demographic
A description indicating which demographic is paid higher or lower compared to the reference group
The Estimated adjusted pay gap before and after raises
A visual flag indicating when a group has reached the pay gap target set by the user (based on the estimated adjusted pay gap after raises)
As with all reporting sections in PayAnalytics, users can open Settings to select a different group. Updating the group will update the values displayed in the component. Users can also access the Summary statistics table from the same section, as illustrated in the following figure:

By default, the chart is grouped by the main group selected when configuring the dataset. If the user is running an analysis with Close by Groups for gender, the grouping will follow that configuration instead.
Adding the component
To add this component:
Switch the report to edit by clicking on You are viewing and then clicking Edit mode.
Once in edit mode, click the + icon to add a section to the report. The component library is opened.
In the All tab of the library, select Estimated adjusted pay gap in the list. The section is added to the report.
