PayAnalytics - January 2025 Feature Release
This article lists the updates made available to users in the user interface in January 2025.
Position in range before and after raises
These are calculated when users define pay bands during analysis. This new calculation determines the percentage of each employee's current annual compensation and their compensation after a raise within the respective pay band.
CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) Report
This report supports two key requirements within the ESRS S1 standard:
Requirement S1-6: Characteristics of the Undertaking's Employees
Requirement S1-16: Remuneration metrics (pay gap and total remuneration).
The report is available as a downloadable Excel file with multiple tabs, each providing detailed breakdowns and metrics to fulfill the reporting requirements.
Enhanced Navigation
Experience a streamlined workflow with our redesigned left-hand navigation bar. The new navigation is organized logically, guiding users through the typical steps involved in conducting a pay equity analysis (Prepare, Measure & Close, Report, Sustain).
The following figure illustrates the new left-hand navigation bar:
Compensation Drivers section
This section now features an interactive "Impact Meter" on the left-hand side, providing a visual representation of the influence of each compensation driver. Click on a specific driver on the meter to view its detailed information. Learn more about: Interpret the explanatory value of your model

Unadjusted to adjusted pay gap graph
A new version of this graph is available to help users visualize their organization's unadjusted and adjusted pay gaps, after accounting for the compensation drivers. Users can see by how much the unadjusted pay gap changes after accounting for a compensation driver.
Green bars reflect that for a given driver, the unadjusted pay gap gets closer to zero.
Orange bars reflect that for a given driver, the unadjusted pay gap gets further from zero.
Other enhancements
Sub-group analyses: all results within the sub-group analysis section are now compared to the reference group.
Gender Pay Gap (Ireland) Report: the report now includes descriptive text detailing the number and proportion of men and women who received bonus payments and benefits in kind.
-
Outlier percentage after raises calculation: this metric is calculated as the percentage difference between the actual compensation after a raise and the predicted compensation for all employees in the dataset. This can be:
Added as a column in the Employee list by checking/unchecking the corresponding box in the table columns.
Utilized in report configurations within the settings.
Comment persistence: previously, when a dataset or analysis containing a comment was deleted in PayAnalytics, the comment was also deleted across all related datasets and analyses. Now, comments persist within any remaining datasets and analyses.
