Setting up the SSO
This article includes detailed instructions on how to set up the PayAnalytics login using your SSO login provider, starting with how to set up the SSO and then information on user management regarding SSO.
How do I activate the SSO?
The PayAnalytics by beqom team handles the SSO activation for your instance. This is usually discussed during the sales process and activated during the initial setup. If SSO hasn’t been enabled, please submit a support ticket to request activation, stating your instance URL.
How do you know if the SSO has been enabled on your instance:
If SSO has not been activated on your instance, the login window appears as shown in the following picture:

All users log in by entering their username and password.
When the SSO has been activated on your instance, but the configuration on your end is still incomplete, the login window appears as illustrated in the following picture:

In such cases, only admin users can log in by selecting "Other options", and then "Sign in as administrator.” and login with a username and password. If you have forgotten your username or are logging in for the first time, click Forgotten password, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email sent from bot@payanalytics.com.
When the SSO has been activated and the configuration has been completed, all users can login with their SSO login credentials, via the “Sign in to PayAnalytics” as shown in the following illustration:

How to configure the SSO?
Once SSO has been activated on your instance, your team must complete the configuration by following the instructions specific to your SSO provider. Refer to the list of instructions below to find the relevant guide. If your SSO provider is not listed, please contact the support team for assistance.
User Management with SSO
Once you have completed the SSO configuration on your instance, there are two options regarding new user access:
Enable automatic user creation (check the box). This allows all users registered with your SSO provider to log in to PayAnalytics, automatically creating their PayAnalytics user account. However, to ensure proper access control, the admin must assign roles to these new users before they can view any data.
Manually manage user access (leave the box unchecked). In this case, the admin is responsible for creating all users who should have access to the system. The username assigned must match the SSO username to allow them to log in with SSO.
These steps and elements above are necessary to complete and start using SSO login to your PayAnalytics instance.
If you encounter any issues with SSO, please submit a support ticket, and our dedicated support team will be happy to assist you.
